In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a User's engagement with mlb777:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering an account for your own personal use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly criminalized at an individual user level under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of mlb777 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or account suspension on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously banned from the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on the mlb777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid, personal email address that you own and actively monitor
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your preferred payment method for deposit and withdrawal purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mlb777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify mlb777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

mlb777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a User may process their first withdrawal or access elevated deposit tiers.

The following documents may be requested during KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of Age: As above — your date of birth must confirm you are 21 years of age or older
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported bank) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts, mlb777 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business hours during WIB operating hours. mlb777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and hold account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Submitting false, altered, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

mlb777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following verified payment channels. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

mlb777 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which mlb777 accepts no responsibility. Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered account within 24 hours will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable bank reversal fees.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the mlb777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under all circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved on the account
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements)
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn must have been fully met
• No active fraud investigation, account review, or payment dispute is pending on the account

Withdrawal processing times during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) average 15 minutes for bank transfers and are typically instant for e-wallet withdrawals. Off-peak processing (22:00–08:00 WIB) may take up to 60 minutes. mlb777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend processing times by up to 24 hours.

mlb777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Expedited processing for VIP accounts at Diamond and Black Diamond tier is available at no additional charge as a tier benefit.

mlb777 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The mlb777 VIP loyalty program operates across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) with tier advancement based on cumulative wagering activity. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and withdrawal priority, are detailed in the VIP Program documentation available from your account dashboard. mlb777 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

All wagers placed on the mlb777 Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the Platform, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a specific "cash-out" feature is available and active for that market
• mlb777 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error due to system malfunction, data feed failure, or human error, and to refund the staked amount to the User's Wallet Balance
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per bet type. These limits are published within the Platform's betting interface and may vary by sport, market, and User account tier
• Winnings from voided legs within a mix parlay (accumulator) bet will result in that selection being treated as a push and the overall accumulator odds recalculated accordingly
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, official draw results as published by the relevant draw authority are final. Any discrepancy between Platform display and the official result will be resolved in favor of the official result
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard international Asian handicap rules. Half-ball and quarter-ball handicap settlements are as per global industry convention
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and network latency. mlb777 does not accept liability for bets placed after an in-play event has concluded due to data transmission delays
• mlb777 reserves the right to limit the stake size, restrict market access, or decline wagers from any individual User account at its sole discretion without providing a reason

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the mlb777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or operate an account
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Colluding with other Users, or coordinating with third parties, to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of mlb777's odds or bonus structures
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mlb777 staff or other Users via any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent IP restrictions, VPN detection, or other access controls implemented by mlb777

mlb777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Users found in breach of this clause waive any right to the funds in their account at the time of suspension.

mlb777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools accessible from within every registered account. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check reminders, and a formal self-exclusion program.

Users may activate protective limits at any time with immediate effect. The removal or relaxation of active limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion, once activated, is irrevocable for the elected period (minimum 30 days, maximum permanent exclusion) and cannot be reversed during the exclusion term regardless of the User's request.

Without limiting the foregoing, mlb777 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenues, wagers, or anticipated winnings
• Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or internet connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Decisions made by Users based on information, odds, statistics, or game results displayed on the Platform
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mlb777's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mlb777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed)
• A request by a User to self-exclude
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure

Upon account closure for reasons other than User-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, mlb777 will conduct a review of the account balance and, where no grounds for forfeiture exist, will return verified real-money funds (excluding Bonus Funds) to the User's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes, with resulting balances handled per standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mlb777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

mlb777 operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution procedure. Users who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and provide full details of the dispute. mlb777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

mlb777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice displayed within the Platform upon login. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification for existing Users, or immediately for new registrations made after the publication date.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable fund withdrawal before the amendment takes effect.

The date shown in the "Effective Date" header of this document indicates the version currently in force. All previous versions of these Terms are superseded upon publication of a new version.
